OH
THAT
DIANA DAVIS
THE WRITER ONE
BOOKS
I’ve spent years creating characters, worlds, and stories for readers of all ages.
My debut middle grade novel, Liv Forever: Never Say Zombie, earned praise from readers and reviewers for its humor, heart, and the belief that what makes us different is exactly what makes us come alive.
Other projects currently in development include a dark comedy for adult readers and a collection of humorous essays, Does This Couch Make My Ass Look Fat?, an unfiltered look at the world through the eyes of an ADHD brain.

Think middle school is tough? Try being dead.
For middle schooler Liv Creep, being dead is totally ruining her life—constantly worrying about body parts falling off in class, the diet of (ew, you know), and keeping the million-year-old secret that the dead exist so humans don’t freak.
But the worst part? Knowing that Ryan—the cutest guy ever—would never like her, a dead girl.Just when things couldn’t get any worse, Kaitlyn Ashley, the school's meanest influencer, threatens to turn her crush into epic social media humiliation. Desperate to stop her, Liv must drag her best friend, Di—a human!—deep into the dead’s most dangerous city, steal a priceless ring, and survive the jaws of the world’s most ravenous zombies... a lot of times.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
Good thing she’s already dead.
